Pastian’s Bakery is a privately held, independent wholesale and retail bakery located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is comprised of a network of family bakeries, all of which were established in 1972. Pastian’s Bakery serves the Albuquerque area. In addition to breads, rolls, bagels, donuts, cookies, and pastries, Pastian’s Bakery manufactures a large variety of other bakery products that are offered under a variety of premium labels. We believe that our goods, which are produced using superior baking techniques and premium ingredients, are the most superior options available on the market today.

Pastian’s Bakery of Albuquerque, NM has been serving the Albuquerque community since 1972. Since then, we have built a fan following that comes to us whenever they crave those tasty treats that please the palate, namely NM’s State cookie, our famous Biscochitos, without denting the wallet. We’re a family owned bakery with 28 employees. Our personalized attention ensures we maintain our high quality standards. We service over 100 wholesale accounts from restaurants and hotels to retirement and nursing homes, in addition to our retail store.
