SHERI - Bakery Manager
Makes sure there is a profit in the bakery. Checks daily sales figures to see what products are doing well and what aren't. Uses data about product demand to determine what to stock up on. Converts the findings into written form and submits them to upper management. Bakery managers use team-based approaches to oversee their full- and part-time staffs. Recruit new employees, educate them, and keep an eye on them. Determines the shifts that each employee will work based on the amount of coverage required by the bakery. Communicate effectively with all employees, monitor their work, and ensure that all corporate policies, marketing strategies, and product modifications are adhered to. Implement corrective measures, such suspension or termination, for underperforming employees. Help clients as part of a group that's proportional to the company's size. Receives requests from clients, responds to their inquiries, addresses their concerns, and generates suggestions based on their preferences. 
ROSIE - Production Manager
Manages staff scheduling in accordance with established procedures. Maintains inventory levels and works across divisions to ensure smooth operation. Makes suggestions for controlling production expenses and cutting costs. Makes sure that everything is set up for production in a way that ensures timely delivery of the freshest baked goods possible. Manages the methods used to educate workers on factory safety, procedures, and practices. Maintains a close eye on production and quality logs to ensure everything is done according to business standards and product requirements. Make sure all products are delivered on schedule by coordinating with the shipping department.
