I really need to help get this business out there to the masses in Albuquerque. I found this place by accident, my buddy owns a car shop next door, I went in to see what they had and oh my!!!!! Pies, cookies, pastries, fresh made bread, oh the humanity. My family loves desserts, and more people should try this place, better than places that charge 3 times more here in Albuquerque. Great place to pick up desserts for the holidays.

Thank you for collaborating with me to design the ideal basketball-themed cake. Before I went, they checked to see whether I was satisfied. I trusted them with high hopes that my son will truly appreciate my surprise cake. I really loved it. People went absolutely crazy for the cookies rather than the cake. People preferred the cookies over the cake. If you are unsure of what to do, get some cookies from Pastian’s Bakery. Due to the fact that my parents enjoy them so much, they decided to place an order for them to give to relatives and friends as Christmas presents. Absolutely wonderful, and absolutely mouthwatering!

The artistic skill of Pastian’s Bakery is unmatched. It was important to me that we have a unique Valentin’es anniversary cake. Sheri, the bakery’s manager, heard some of my ideas, and I trusted the rest to her skilled staff. Also. the cookies they made for us turned out beautifully and tasted amazing. We could tell that they spent a lot of time and effort coming up with the ideal dessert for our anniversary party.

Love this bakery! Small retail area full of yummy treats to choose from. I bring my kids here once a week and let them pick out their own treat. Sandy is always super nice! They were very accommodating of my son’s food allergies when I ordered a cake from here. Check out their half off bread racks and the cooler with day old stuff. I tend to get their cupcakes but I’ve yet to encounter anything here I haven’t loved. Enjoy!

I can’t fully describe the sheer deliciousness of Pastian’s in mere words. But I will try. Simply. Freaking. Amazing! We visit New Mexico a lot to see family, so believe me – we’ve tried plenty of biscochitos. Pastian’s has the best biscochitos in town, and that isn’t an exaggeration. The only reason it gets a four-star review is because I once tried to ask an employee if they used lard in their baked goods, and she got pretty snappy with me. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with Pastian’s!

My boss turned 40 over the weekend, so I went to Pastian’s Bakery in the hopes that they might make him a special cake. My employer couldn’t stop raving about the cake I gave him. My three-year-old son really loved Pastian’s Bakery’s brightly colored doughnuts. All we have to promise him is a doughnut, and he’ll do whatever we want. Not only are your cookies delicious, but you make fantastic chocolate chip ones, too! For fifty years, Pastian’s Bakery has been producing incredible works of art that have been the talk of every party we’ve ever had, beginning with my grandmother’s birthday parties and continuing on through the generations.
